Students and early-career Academics are often confronted with issues that can be easily fixed, but if left unresolved can lead to a person dropping out of school, unable to find a study they like, or unable to handle the demands of an academic career.

Transitioning from teenager to young adult is an incredibly difficult time in a person's life. Trying to navigate your newly-acquired independence while struggling to make sense of the world and its complex rules, can be overwhelming.

What can Coaching do for you?

As the human brain continues to develop until the age of 25, young University Students don't have access to the full potential of their brains yet. You are required to make life-defining choices while you are not yet ready to fully comprehend the impact of those choices. 

The good news is that you can always change direction in life.

The key element of success is not so much making the right choice; in life and business it is often impossible to choose the right option because there are so many factors we do not know or control.

To be successful you need to master a different set of skills:

  • Clarity of Purpose, Mission and Values

  • Developing your personal brand

  • Learning how to bounce back from failure

  • Risk assessment

  • Subconscious biases


Essentially, you need to master your own brain.

Learning how your brain can sabotage your success is the most important knowledge you can acquire. 

How It Works?

  1. One-on-One Coaching: we will have weekly online coaching sessions one-on-one.  Each session is 40-60 mins long.

  2. Custom report: After each session you will receive a written report of everything we discussed in our session, along with insights and tips.

  3. Assignments: Along with your report, I will give you written assignments, designed to help you change your mindset, realign with your core values, identify your next steps, and create an action plan.​

  4. Action Plan: The final step includes a concrete action plan that will keep you on your path to transformation in the coming months. 

  5. On-demand support: Throughout our collaboration, I will be available to you via email or text message when an urgent issue arises.
